Dear Guys,
I have been observing Mxxxx lately and notice some changes in him since there is a new female in our department
He tends to give directives / instructions to people in front of her and will make phone calls nearby her...... probably trying to show his macho side to her.
Just keep silent, watch him ...and play along OK !!!
